Nests

These pieces were created as a series reflecting on the nest. The image of the nest was taken from a dear family member who was an aspiring artist, and left this world too soon. The concept of a nest is rich with aspects of home, care, craft, collaboration, and emptiness. This series was created at the request of experimental art co-op Current Studio, as their selected artist of the month.
